Sun2Solar® Solar Pocket® Cover Holder (Various Styles)

Keep your pool cover from being damaged while storing it safely on the side of your pool. Your cover will never have to touch your deck or lawn with this holder, preventing it from being damaged by ground debris. The hook-shaped Solar Pockets mount under the top rails of your swimming pool and are reinforced by bolts for easy installation. With the Solar Pocket, you can pull your cover into the pocket for storage and place it back on the pool when it is not in use. The pockets are smooth and rounded to protect your solar cover from rips or tears while preventing your pool from harm. The twist lock mechanism and spring clips allow the tubes to swivel and sit flush against your pool wall when not in use. 

Our kit includes five Solar Pocket hooks and steel mounts and is designed for steel pool walls only. Do not use the solar pocket on any soft sided or metal framed pools.

How To Measure for a Solar Pocket®

Sun2Solar^® Solar Pocket^® consists of five j-hooks that are evenly spread to conveniently hold any solar cover up and off of the ground. Metal brackets hold the j-hooks which hangs freely off of the top rail of a swimming pool. To visualize a good placement of the Sun2Solar^® Solar Pocket^®, simply lay your solar cover folded on the ground next to your swimming pool.

The Installation Process

Installing and assembling the Sun2Solar^® Solar Pocket^® is easy and only requires a few steps! Two bolts go into the pre-drilled holes of the top rail and through the mounting bracket which is then locked into place with two nuts. The Sun2Solar^® Solar Pocket^® is then placed inside of the mounting bracket and held in place with another bolt and a nut.
