Aquapill Information

Aquapills are an easy way to make pool chemistry easy – no measuring required. Whether you want to winterize your pool, clarify your water or fight scum lines, there’s an Aquapill for you. For a little more information about Aquapills, visit our Buyer’s Guide and FAQ page dedicated to them.

How Do I Use An Aquapill?

To utilize an Aquapill, all you need to do is puncture the capsule using the supplied pin and position it in the skimmer of your swimming pool. Once the color vanishes, dispose of the capsule. This ensures the accurate dispensing of the appropriate amount of chemicals every time. It's important to refer to the instructions for specific guidelines and optimal outcomes.

Can I Use An Aquapill With Other Chemicals?

Certainly! While administering your Aquapill, you can confidently incorporate other essential chemicals such as sanitizers or a closing chemical kit.

How Many Gallons Does My Pool Hold?

You’ll need to find the volume of your pool. Here’s a quick formula you can use:

Length x Width x Average Depth x Multiplier = Volume in Gallons
Multiplier for rectangular and square pools is 7.5
Multiplier for oval pools is 6.7
Multiplier for round pools is 5.9
Note: All measurements should be in feet, including the depth. For above ground pools, assume that the water depth is 6” less than the wall height, so if your pool is 48”, assume the depth is 3.5’, and for a 52” pool, use 4’.
