The replacement pool skimmer weir door works to skim the top of the water in above-ground pools. The skimmer weir is a door that closes the skimmer system to prevent captured debris from escaping the skimmer basket when your pump is turned off. It will also adjust to the water level in your pool on its own and float on top of the water so that it is constantly collecting floating dirt and materials.
